veco came about as the need for change increased drastically. Two Maltese people wanting to come up with at least one solution for single-use plastic and so, our veggiebags were born. We know that this won’t magically clean our seas of all plastic but it should reduce single-use plastic bags from being used, discarded and/or thrown in our seas. veco’s motto is quite simple – to save our seas one bag at a time and we truly believe that if everyone works together with the same aim – we can all make it happen.

We also understand that sustainable perfection is impossible so we would rather focus on the smaller actions, the mini changes that might not feel like monumental steps, but collectively, they add up to something significant. At veco, we believe that every eco-friendly choice, no matter how small, contributes to a brighter, greener future. OUR ECO-FRIENDLY DISH SOAP

Creating a dish soap that’s kind to the planet was always part of the dream, so when we won seed funding to develop our idea further back in 2021, we started working to make our clean dream a reality. We always hated the idea that standard dish soap was harming marine life, destroying our seas all while posing risks to our health. That’s why we set out to create an honest formula—free from parabens, sulfates, and other harmful chemicals – just clean, squeaky dishes and a happy conscience.

Our soap also comes in a cool kraft refill pouch, so you can say goodbye to those plastic bottles for good. It’s all about making eco-friendly choices easy and accessible, right?

Our veggiebags and bread bags are designed to offer you a convenient and reusable alternative to single-use plastic bags while grocery shopping. Our products are made from 100% RPET and/or 100% cotton materials and can be fastened with a drawstring. Our veggiebags also aren’t just for veggies—they’re total multitaskers. Use ’em to wash your produce, store your bulk goods, or even dry your herbs.

Ever heard of RPET? It stands for recycled polyethylene terephthalate. Basically, it’s recycled plastic from stuff like water bottles. By using RPET in our products, we’re giving old plastic a new lease on life, giving our landfills a much-needed break.
